LEBANON, Ind. (AP) - Authorities say a body has been pulled from the wreckage of a plane in central Indiana.

The Boone County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the body was pulled from the wreckage of a plane located Sunday in a field southwest of Lebanon.

Boone County Coroner Shon Hough told WLFI-TV (https://bit.ly/1Iae3HF ) his office was waiting on dental records Tuesday to confirm the identity of the body.

The Civil Air Patrol says searchers using cellphone and radar data found the wreckage of a two-seat plane that had been missing since April 3 and apparently nose-dived into the rural field about 25 miles northwest of Indianapolis. The only person believed to be aboard was 58-year-old pilot Glenn Foy of Indianapolis. He was reported missing April 6.
