HOOKSETT, N.H. (AP) - The Interstate 93 Exit 11 northbound off-ramp in Hooksett is being closed for two nights to accommodate bridge work.
The ramp, which is at the Hooksett Toll Plaza, will be closed beginning Tuesday at 9 p.m. and extending until 5 a.m. on Wednesday. It will be closed again Wednesday night from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday. The closures originally were scheduled for Sunday and Monday nights.
The New Hampshire Transportation Department is working on removing the concrete bridge deck over the ramp. This closure will allow the work to be completed faster, safer, and with fewer daily disruptions.
The $539,000 project has a completion date of October.
