DOVER, Del. (AP) - Dover Police have arrested a man after officers seized heroin and a digital scale in his hotel room.
Officers doing a probation check on Monday went to a room in the Days Inn on North DuPont Highway. Police say officers who checked 40-year-old Charles Pernot’s room found 2.2 grams of heroin.
Pernot was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and other offenses.
