BAXTER, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal tractor accident in Marion County.
State police tell media outlets that the tractor apparently rolled over and pinned 67-year-old Larry E. Vishnick of Baxter. Vishnick died at the scene.
The accident occurred Sunday afternoon at Vishnick’s residence.
