BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A man living in the North Dakota oil patch is accused of distributing large quantities of methamphetamine.
Dean Wheeler is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and distribution of at least 500 grams of meth.
Authorities say a search of residence near Ray in October discovered meth, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia, and other controlled substances.
Wheeler has yet to be arraigned in federal court. His detention hearing has been delayed until he can hire a lawyer.
