MILWAUKEE (AP) - Authorities say a 17-year-old girl was killed and two men were wounded in a shooting on the north side of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee police say the triple shooting was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Monday. It took place seven blocks away from where a van struck and killed a 2-year-old boy and two people, including a 15-year-old boy, were fatally shot Sunday night.

The Milwaukee County medical examiner’s office says the teen was found dead at the scene of Monday night’s shooting. Police say two men, ages 25 and 26, were taken to a hospital with injuries that aren’t considered life-threatening.

It’s still unclear what caused the triple shooting. An investigating is ongoing.

No further details were available late Monday.
