CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) - A 27-year-old man has been charged in a fatal shooting at a St. Louis County bar.

Tony Johnson, of Attica, was charged Friday with one count of second-degree murder in the November killing of 28-year-old Brandon Ferguson at the Cuetopia Billiards & Sports Bar.

Witnesses told authorities that shots were fired by three men during a fight on the parking lot. Ferguson was driven from the shooting scene in a car that was later found abandoned with Ferguson inside. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Johnson also faces one count of unlawful use of a weapon, one count of tampering with physical evidence and two counts of armed criminal action. He’s jailed on a $500,000 cash-only bond. No attorney is listed for him in online court records.
