Small plane crashes after takeoff in Puyallup

PUYALLUP, Wash. (AP) - A small plane crashed just after taking off from the THUN Field in Puyallup.

King 5 reports (https://kng5.tv/1Q2tmrp ) the plane crashed Saturday morning in a field near the South Hill LA fitness.

There was no official word on the pilot’s condition but people at the scene said it appeared the pilot was OK.

The FAA identified the aircraft as a Beech 33 Bonanza.
