JUDSON, Minn. (AP) - A man and a woman are dead after the motorcycle they were riding crashed with a sport utility vehicle in south-central Minnesota.

The State Patrol says the driver of the motorcycle, 37-year old Nicholas Bissette of North Mankato, and his passenger, 38-year old Corinne Claridge-Bollman of Mankato, were killed Saturday when they collided with a Cadillac SUV just south of Judson, near Lake Crystal.

Lake Crystal Fire Chief Jeff Becker tells KTOE-AM (https://bit.ly/1FXsPii ) the couple were not wearing helmets. Both died at the scene.

The driver of the SUV and her two young passengers were not hurt.

The crash shut down Highway 68 for several hours.
