WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) - Three of four men charged in the shooting death of a 10-year-old girl during what authorities say was an abortive attempt to rob her mother’s boyfriend have pleaded guilty as part of agreements with prosecutors.

The (Washington) Observer-Reporter (https://bit.ly/1zxtmFC ) reports that 29-year-old Anthian Goehring pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and robbery Friday in Washington County Court.

Twenty-one-year-old Malik Thomas and 19-year-old Richard White pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit homicide and robbery. Nineteen-year-old Douglas Cochran Jr. is still awaiting trial on charges of criminal homicide, robbery, theft, burglary and reckless endangerment.

Authorities allege that Goehring and Cochran forced their way into the apartment building in March 2014 and then fired shots through the door of the unit, hitting Ta’Niyah Thomas as she ran to her mother’s bedroom.
