CHICAGO (AP) - Blackhawks forwards Antoine Vermette and Andrew Desjardins are in the lineup for Game 3 of their first-round series against the Nashville Predators.

Chicago acquired Vermette and Desjardins in a pair of trades right before the deadline, but each of the veterans was a healthy scratch for the first two games in Nashville.

Vermette had no goals and three assists in 19 games with the Blackhawks during the regular season. Desjardins had no goals and two assists in 13 games with Chicago.

To make room for Vermette and Desjardins, the Blackhawks put Joakim Nordstrom and Teuvo Teravainen on Sunday’s inactive list. Teravainen had a big assist that helped the Blackhawks rally for a 4-3 double-overtime victory in Game 1.
