WEYBRIDGE, Vt. (AP) - The passenger in a car that struck and killed a bicyclist in Weybridge, Vermont last week has been charged, in addition to the car’s driver.

Fifty-two-year-old Tracy Yandow of Ripton was riding in a car driven by Nathan Dearing of Whiting when it struck and killed 55-year-old Kelly Boe of Middlebury on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old Dearing remains incarcerated after pleading not guilty to charges of driving under the influence with death resulting and while his license was suspended.

Yandow was under a court order not to drink alcohol after being allowed to remain free earlier this year on charges of driving under the influence and driving while his license was suspended.

The Burlington Free Press reports (https://bit.ly/1O4YZCj ) that Yandow’s blood alcohol content was .151 - nearly twice the legal limit.
