MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Authorities have issued a warrant for a 17-year-old boy they believe fatally shot a woman in Minneapolis.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s office has filed a juvenile petition accusing the teen of killing Ayan Abdi Abdulahi. The 21-year-old Bloomington woman was found shot in the head at a residence in Minneapolis April 11.

The Star Tribune (https://strib.mn/1J28YVq ) reports neighbors say there was a domestic dispute before the woman was killed. Police say they believe some people may be harboring the teen to help him avoid arrest.
