PETERSBURG, Va. (AP) - The Army is holding a public meeting on the privatization of lodging at Fort Lee.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at the Army Logistics University at Fort Lee.
Fort Lee’s lodging facilities and operations are scheduled to be transferred to the private sector at the end of the fiscal year.
Lodging facilities and operations at 39 other Army installations already have been transferred to Rest East LLC through the Privatization of Army Lodging, or PAL, program.
