JEWELL, Iowa (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a man whose body was found in a central Iowa lake.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as 29-year-old Zong Xiong.
Sheriff Dennis Hagenson says a dive team had been searching for a missing man in Little Wall Lake near Jewell on Friday. The body was found around 12:30 p.m.
A man says he found keys, sunglasses and a vehicle Thursday evening while walking a dog. He reported his concerns to officials when he discovered the items still at the lake Friday morning.
