Boone man charged with sexually abusing 13-year-old girl

NEVADA, Iowa (AP) - A Boone man accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl has been arrested.

Des Moines television station KCCI on Monday reported (https://bit.ly/1zD4e0f ) 19-year-old Traviss Graham is charged with third-degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors. He was arrested Friday and was being held at the Story County Jail on a $27,000 bond.

Court records say Graham sexually abused the teen Jan. 2 at a home in Cambridge. Police say Graham sent a graphic photo to the girl on Dec. 30.

Authorities say the case remains under investigation.
