ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities say a serious crash blocked all southbound lanes of Georgia 400 near the start of the morning rush hour.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports (https://on-ajc.com/1GagH03) that some of the lanes had reopened by dawn Monday as police continue to investigate the early-morning crash.
WSB Radio reports (https://bit.ly/1F5UcL9) that the collision happened near the old Georgia 400 toll plaza. It led police to close all southbound lanes shortly before 5 a.m., preventing motorists from reaching downtown and midtown from Atlanta’s heavily populated northern suburbs.
Few other details were immediately available early Monday.
