RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The Virginia Capitol’s exterior is getting a recoating and other repair work.
The project will begin on Monday and is expected to take up to five months to complete.
The Virginia Department of General Services says the project includes recoating with a protective silicate mineral paint and repairs to the stucco exterior. Crews also will paint the windows.
