PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia’s regional rail system says delays on some commuter trains are down to 15 minutes.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority says equipment problems are causing Monday’s delays on the Lansdale/Doylestown Line.

Trains had been running up to 30 minutes behind schedule during the morning rush hour.

The Lansdale/Doylestown Line has more than 15,000 daily riders. It connects downtown Philadelphia to suburbs in Montgomery and Bucks counties.
