PITTSBURGH (AP) - Pittsburgh police say six men dragged another man from his vehicle and beat him - possibly after an argument - before one of the six then drove away in the victim’s car.

Police have yet to release the name of the victim in the incident about 2:30 a.m. Sunday on the city’s South Side.

Police say the victim was last in critical condition after being beaten unconscious. As a result, he’s not been able to speak with police or even confirm whether he owned the car he was driving.

The suspects were in a larger sport-utility vehicle, but police have yet to determine their names or charge any of the suspects.

It wasn’t immediately clear what prompted the incident.
