GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The winningest men’s basketball coach in University of North Dakota history is being inducted into the school’s Letterwinners Athletics Hall of Fame.

Rich Glas amassed a 335-194 record in 18 years as head coach, and led the school to eight NCAA Division II tournament appearances, including two Elite Eight berths. He was named North Central Region Coach of the Year twice. He is currently the coach at Concordia College.

Glas’ 1990-91 team also is being inducted into the hall. That team set a North Central Conference record with 17 conference wins and also won the league title.

Former softball standout Holly (Bonk) Corbin and swimmer Shelly (Ebbighausen) Van Dyne also are being inducted into the hall. The ceremony is Oct. 31 in the Memorial Union ballroom.
