DOWNSVILLE, La. (AP) - A Louisiana woman and her nephew have been arrested after police say a fight broke out at a family gathering over hamburgers.

KNOE-TV (https://bit.ly/1aNiTzq) reports 24-year-old Johnny Franks Jr. got into a fight with his uncle after being asked to leave a hamburger for another guest at a party Sunday night in Downsville. Police say Franks accused his uncle of disrespecting him. He invited him outside “for a butt whipping” and threw a heavy logging chain and a broken cattle prod at his uncle.

Union Parish Sheriff Dusty Gates says Franks’ 68-year-old aunt, Gloria Ann Cashion, fought with three deputies called to the scene and drove her car toward them.

Franks is charged with aggravated battery. Cashion is charged with attempted assault on three deputies and resisting arrest.
