MEDIA, Pa. (AP) - Two cousins who pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in the shooting death of a drugstore manager in suburban Philadelphia have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms.

The Delaware County Daily Times (https://bit.ly/1FciumI ) reports that a Delaware County judge on Tuesday sentenced 21-year-old Ashaniere White and 25-year-old Christopher Parks to 15 to 50 years on the murder count and seven to 14 years in prior robberies. Parks was ordered to serve that sentence after the murder term.

Both cooperated with authorities in prosecuting three other people in the September 2013 death of 40-year-old Jason McClay at a Chester Rite Aid.

Twenty-four-year-old Rita Pultro was convicted of first-degree murder and 26-year-old David Wiggins and 25-year-old Tariq Mahmud of second-degree murder.

Parks apologized to McClay’s relatives and White tearfully asked for forgiveness.
