PITTSBURGH (AP) - A former Pittsburgh-area dentist will spend three to seven years in prison for sexually assaulting a 20-year-old houseguest.

The Pittsburg Post-Gazette (https://bit.ly/1HqU6hp ) reports 57-year-old Bruce Lanke, of Ross Township, was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to indecent assault of an unconscious person and other charges.

Police say the woman drank too much while tailgating before a Pittsburgh Pirates game on May 24 and returned to a spare bedroom in Lanke’s home, where she had been staying.

The woman told Ross Township police she noticed a sexual sensation, but could not completely wake up because of her intoxicated state. She eventually woke up to find her pants on the floor although she went to sleep in them.

Lanke later admitted having sex with her, and has since lost his dental license.
