BELLEFONTE, Pa. (AP) - A central Pennsylvania woman wants a judge to overturn her conviction in a fatal crash prosecutors say happened minutes after she huffed computer dusting spray.

The Centre Daily Times reports (https://bit.ly/1DaA8kG) a lawyer for 23-year-old Danielle Packer argued in court Monday that withheld evidence and a jury instruction error cost the Bellefonte woman a fair trial.

A judge has yet to rule. Packer’s request will be considered denied if the judge doesn’t make a decision by early June. She could then appeal to the state Superior Court.

Packer was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison in January after her conviction on charges including third-degree murder. The August 2012 crash killed 25-year-old Matthew Snyder.
