DENVER (AP) - Denver police found no one inside a strip club where they feared some workers may have been held hostage after a possible armed robbery.
Police surrounded P.T.’s Showclub Tuesday morning and shut down a stretch of Evans Avenue as they responded. SWAT teams eventually entered the building and emerged about 15 minutes after finding no suspects or weapons.
Police say there was a report that armed suspects had entered the building while some workers were inside. It’s not clear if the business was robbed.
