CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Arts Council has announced the winners of its visual arts fellowships.

The council announced that Susan Moldenhauer of Laramie and Georgia Rowswell and Jennifer Rife, both of Cheyenne, are the recipients of the 2016 fellowships.

The fellowships honor visual artists living and working in Wyoming.

Moldenhauer is photographer who takes panoramic photographs from moving vehicles.

Rowswell creates visual representations of Yellowstone hot pools using cast-off fabrics.

Rife makes temporary installations which have grown from her previous work in basket-making. She documents the installations with photographs.
