PORT BARRE, La. (AP) - Three people have been arrested after police say they gave synthetic marijuana to a 14-year-old girl. The girl was hospitalized for a bad reaction to the drug.

KLFY-TV (https://bit.ly/1yQKN9o ) reports police were called to a house in Port Barre Monday. They found the girl outside vomiting and incoherent. She was treated a local hospital and released several hours later.

The teen told police she was at her aunt’s house and was given a glass pipe of synthetic marijuana, known commonly as Spice. A man who brought the drugs to the home, 27-year-old Bobby Jo Bergeron, was arrested along with the girl’s aunt, 40-year-old Jody Bergeron and 18-year-old Gilbert Lee.

Jody Bergeron and Lee are charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bobby Bergeron is charged with distribution.
