OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) - A coroner says the body of a missing Mississippi woman found in a marsh shows no signs of foul play.

The Clarion-Ledger (https://on.thec-l.com/1OEBZVR) reports the body of 28-year-old Ashley Kaye Condon was recovered from in Ocean Springs near Biloxi Sunday. Condon, of Gulfport, was reported missing April 15.

Condon’s car was found on the east side of the Biloxi Bay Bridge. Police say the car was not at that location earlier during a routine check.

The Harrison County coroner says a note found in the car was sent off for handwriting and forensic analysis. The contents haven’t been released.

Condon was last seen leaving her house and heading to work at a local hospital last Wednesday, but she never arrived. Condon had a son who turns one in May.
