CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Police in Charlotte have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of another man earlier this week.
Police told local media that 32-year-old Damayron Damon Harris of Charlotte is charged with first-degree murder and possession of a gun by a felon.
Thirty-three-year-old Dalton Dion Hopkins was shot late Monday night and was taken to a hospital where he died.
Police have not released a possible motive in the shooting but they say they are not looking for any other suspects.
It was not clear if Harris has an attorney yet.
