LAS VEGAS (AP) - An Oklahoma couple has been sentenced to federal prison after pleading guilty in a Las Vegas hedge fund scheme that prosecutors say bilked at least six victims out of more than $6.5 million.

U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden says Linda Livolsi of Cleveland, Oklahoma, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas to three years and nine months in prison and ordered to pay more than $6 million in restitution.

Her husband, William Livolsi Jr., was sentenced to two years in prison and to repay about $5 million in restitution.

Both were also sentenced to three years’ supervised release.

Each pleaded guilty in October to wire fraud, and Linda Livolsi also pleaded guilty to a tax fraud charge. She also uses the names Linda Findley and Linda Grogg.
