INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indianapolis police say one person is in critical condition after being stabbed during a fight on the city’s west side.
Officers were dispatched about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a stabbing inside a self-serve car wash bay. They arrived at the scene and found a person suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
Rafael Diaz of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says the stabbing was the result of a fight between two or more people.
Police haven’t released a description of the suspect or the victim’s identity.
An investigation is ongoing.
