MACON, Ga. (AP) - A sixth person has been charged with killing three people at a Georgia nightclub.

The Macon Telegraph (https://bit.ly/1DfKUYl ) reports 27-year-old Emmanuel McGhee was arrested Sunday for a deadly shooting at Wings Cafe between two gangs Dec. 12. Police say McGhee is a member of the Blacc Team, who had a fight with a rival gang, the Crips.

McGhee is charged with three counts of murder and one count of violating the state’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.

During McGhee’s first court appearance Monday, Bibb County Magistrate Barbara Harris granted McGhee a commitment hearing he requested, which is set for May 4.

Police say four other Blacc Team members and one Crip were indicted in March.
