BOUNTIFUL, Utah (AP) - Two teenagers are facing charges and six others have been suspended from Bountiful High School after an investigation into hazing on the wrestling team.

The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reports ( ) 18-year-old Christopher B. Fletcher and 18-year-old Lamar Allen Gimmeson both face misdemeanor charges of sexual battery and hazing.

Messages left with Fletcher’s attorney Ryan Bushell were not returned. Gimmeson does not have a listed phone number or attorney.

Davis School District spokesman Christopher Williams says seven students in total have been suspended. He declined to release names or the length of their suspensions for privacy reasons.

Court documents show Gimmeson is a former member of the team and graduated last year.

Police say two 15-year-old team members reported being hazed on a bus in December as the team was returning from a tournament in Farmington.
