CLEMMONS, N.C. (AP) - A Clemmons home where skeletal remains were found in shallow graves in the backyard has been demolished.

Local media outlets report the foreclosed home of Pazuzu Algarad was knocked down Thursday.

In October, the remains of 37-year-old Joshua Fredrick Wetzler and 36-year-old Tommy Dean Welch were found in the yard. Authorities say Wetzler was killed in July 2009 and Welch in October 2009.

Last year, county officials declared the house unfit for habitation. An excavator’s claw knocked down the brick home’s roof and walls, some of which were covered with satanic sketches and pornography.

Algarad and his girlfriend, Amber Burch, face first-degree murder charges. Along with a third person, Krystal Matlock, they face accessory after the fact to first-degree murder charges.

Prosecutors haven’t said if they’ll pursue the death penalty.
