HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - Hartford police are searching for four suspects after a man was randomly assaulted with a bottle Saturday night.
Police say an unidentified victim was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by four suspects who began hitting him. One of the suspects used a broken bottle to beat the victim.
The Hartford Courant reports (https://cour.at/1Dznygq ) the victim could not identify the suspects, but says that one was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and the rest were wearing black hoodies.
Police say the victim sustained two small, non-life threatening puncture wounds to his back and chest.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes Unit is currently investigating the alleged assault.
