GATES, N.Y. (AP) - Five of the six people wounded in a shooting at a suburban Rochester bar remain hospitalized as a 31-year-old man faces a murder charges in the death of a seventh patron.

One of the victims in Saturday’s early morning shooting at the Gates Pub was treated and released. One is in guarded condition at a Rochester hospital while the other four are in satisfactory condition.

The person who died has been identified as 37-year-old Ricky Jones of Rochester.



Police in the town of Gates say gunfire broke out around 1:30 a.m. while the bar was crowded with more than 100 people.

Officers later arrested 31-year-old David Alligood near the scene of the shooting and charged him with second-degree murder. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf at his arraignment.
