LOGAN, Utah (AP) - Nibley residents are still being urged not to drink their tap water as city officials work to clean up diesel fuel contamination.

The Herald Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1Gpi4FO) a farm truck leaked 25 gallons of diesel fuel when it ran slightly off the road on private property near Yeates Spring on Saturday. The contamination was discovered Wednesday, and the city’s water system has been flushed twice since then.

The water supply has been deemed clear of contaminants, but residents are being asked not to drink the water and to periodically flush their own water systems while the city runs additional tests.
