WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - A Worcester man whose ex-girlfriend has been missing since late last year is scheduled to appear in court this week for allegedly setting fire to his own home.
The Telegram & Gazette (https://bit.ly/1A58Lsn ) reports that Kevin Crozier is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Worcester Superior Court on an arson charge after being returned from Florida, where he was arrested last month on a criminal mischief charge.
The house in which the 28-year-old Crozier lived was destroyed in a fire on New Year’s Day. According to city records, the home is owned by his grandmother.
Crozier has previously said he was not at home at the time of the fire.
Crozier had dated Sabrina Hatheway, who was reported missing by her family on Dec. 20. She also lived in the home.
