GARDENA, Calif. (AP) - Police have released surveillance video of a car involved in the abduction of a 2-year-old girl who was found safe about three hours after disappearing from a Los Angeles-area car wash.

Gardena police Lt. Steve Prendergast said Friday that investigators believe Stacy Lopez was taken and dropped off by someone in a white four-door - possibly a 2008-2012 Nissan Altima with tinted windows.

Officials say video shows a man driving through an alley behind the car wash at the time the girl disappeared on Thursday. And witnesses saw a similar white car drop her off about 10 miles away in Cudahy later. The video does not show the girl being taken.

Prendergast says the girl was treated at a hospital for unspecified injuries.
