SCOTT DEPOT, W.Va. (AP) - Robert W. Bennett has been named president and CEO of Patriot Coal Corp.
Bennett succeeds Bennett K. Hatfield, who resigned.
Patriot Coal announced Hatfield’s resignation and Bennett’s appointment on Friday in a news release. The Scott Depot-based company did not give a reason for Hatfield’s resignation.
