Police say officers were called to South Bishop Street around 2 p.m. for reports that two men were pointing guns at people. When police arrived they detained Ball, who was carrying brass knuckles and in possession of a gun at the time.

Police say Ball told investigators that he was looking for a group of drug dealers who had robbed him.

Police say they found marijuana, cocaine and prescription drugs in Ball’s car.
