BALTIMORE (AP) - A 29-year-old man who was fatally shot in the head in Baltimore was the nephew of Baltimore City Council President Bernard “Jack” Young.
Police say the man, who has not yet been identified, was found with a gunshot wound to the head on the 3200 block of Elmley Avenue just after 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Police say the man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Young’s wife answered the phone on Saturday and confirmed that the man was their nephew, but declined to comment further.
