KILLDEER, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a Glen Ullin man who died when his truck hauling crude oil crashed in a ditch in Dunn County.
The state Highway Patrol says Carl Inman was hauling the tank and tank trailer that went off state Highway 200 about 13 miles west of Killdeer early Thursday morning. The truck overturned in the ditch and struck a tree. An undetermined amount of oil spilled.
The 48-year-old Inman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash shut down the highway for nearly 12 hours.
