TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) - A Twin Falls woman has been bound over to district court on charges of aiding and abetting the first degree murder of a man at the Apollo Motor Inn.
KMVT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1MQ9bOq ) that prosecutors called witnesses at the Friday preliminary hearing for Crystal Turner. They said Turner was asking friends for a “throw-away gun” on the day of a murder. She’s accused of being involved in the February 12th murder of a man inside the inn.
Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney Grant Lobes called witnesses to testify in the case who said Turner knew what was happening that day.
Turner’s earlier statement said she was just an innocent bystander in the killing.
No date has been set for when she’ll be back in court.
