BALTIMORE (AP) - A woman has been arrested in one of three separate killings in Baltimore in one day.
The Baltimore Police Department said Sunday that 22-year-old Michelle Johnson is charged with murder in the death of 36-year-old Carla Harrison, who was fatally stabbed in the stomach around 1 a.m. Saturday. Police say the stabbing was part of a fight among several people, and that a 30-year-old woman also was hurt.
Two men also were killed Saturday, including the 29-year-old nephew of Baltimore City Council President Bernard “Jack” Young.
Police say Young’s nephew, Steven Jackson, died at a hospital after being shot in the head just after 1:30 p.m.
Another man, 28-year-old Jamar Green, died after being shot several times at 4 p.m.
No arrests have been made in those homicides.
