BOSTON (AP) - Massachusetts authorities say a woman has died after the car she was driving hit a concrete barrier near an overpass ramp in Boston.
The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office says the 60-year-old Boston woman was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her name was not released.
State police say her vehicle failed to slow down before hitting the barrier about 4 p.m. Sunday at the Bowker Overpass ramp to Storrow Drive.
No one else was in the car, and no other vehicles were involved.
