HOLLAND, Mich. (AP) - A memorial service is planned next weekend in western Michigan for a Marine killed in a helicopter crash off the Florida Panhandle.

The Grand Rapids Press reports (https://bit.ly/1Fb5RE2 ) that the service for Staff Sgt. Andrew Seif begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Holland.

Seif was formerly of Holland and graduated from West Ottawa High School. He was one of three Michigan Marines killed March 10 when the Black Hawk helicopter they were in crashed in dense fog during a training mission.



Staff Sergeants Marcus Bawol of Warren and Trevor Blaylock of Lake Orion also were among the seven Marines and four Army soldiers killed.

Seif will be buried April 14 at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
