PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a Philadelphia jewelry store worker was abducted by three men who beat and robbed her before leaving her in a cemetery.
The Philadelphia Inquirer (https://bit.ly/1IB3NIn ) reports that the 53-year-old woman left the store at about 4 p.m. Saturday when three men wearing ski masks grabbed her and threw her into a van.
Police said they put a hood over her head and beat, kicked and punched her, and also shot her seven times with a stun gun.
Investigators said the men demanded that she hand over keys to the jewelry store and codes to the safe, which she didn’t know.
They then took her credit cards and demanded her ATM code, then withdrew money several times and left her in a cemetery in Darby in Delaware County.
