CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - State regulators will discuss water quality standards at a public meeting on Tuesday.

The agenda includes proposed changes to selenium and aluminum criteria and an update on algae monitoring conducted in 2014.

Department of Environmental Protection staff also will discuss legislative revisions to requirements governing water quality standards.



The DEP’s Water Quality Standards Program quarterly meeting will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the agency’s headquarters in Charleston.
